How to use these numbers
Lamborajo 1 at USD 241–308 a head is the fleet's floor. Shared bathrooms are the trade; if that fails the group vote, Lamborajo 2 at USD 447–546 is the next line.
The 17–20 rate tier is where every boat's per-head number bottoms out before extra-guest supplements start. It is the arithmetic sweet spot of the whole card.
Only Lamborajo 1 (to 24) and Lamborajo 2 (to 25) can carry you on one hull — capacity detail on boats for 20–25 people.

What is the cheapest per-person Komodo trip for a large group?
A 2D1N on Lamborajo 1 with 20 guests: USD 3,700 divided by 20 is about USD 185 each. For a full multi-day trip, the 3D2N at USD 200–203 a head with 20–24 guests is the fleet's best value.
Do these prices include food and crew?
Yes. Published charter rates cover the vessel, full crew, all meals, drinking water, snorkelling gear, tender runs and Labuan Bajo transfers. Park fees, ranger charges, flights, alcohol and tips are not included.
Why does the per-person price rise above 20 guests?
The rate card tops out at the 17–20 tier; each guest beyond 20 adds a fixed supplement of USD 200–350 depending on boat and duration. The split still lands near its minimum because the base is spread across more people.
Is a deposit charged per person?
No — a charter is one booking with one deposit, confirmed in writing by the reservations desk. How the group splits the cost internally is up to you.
